Clutch no longer made ?

Hi there if anybody can help that would be great. I bought a 2016 mg6 TL 1.9tdi with only 20000 mile on the clock last year for £6000. The car has now done just over 28000 and recently the cluch broke I took it to a garage to be repaired only to find out that the parts are no longer available / Made.
Please can anybody help or have any suggestions what I can do with it as I can't afford to lose £6000 or buy a new car. is this really scrap now ?
